By accessing, registering for, or using the jiblet platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotion — you ("the User," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jiblet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the jiblet platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

jiblet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the jiblet platform following notification of such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Access to and use of the jiblet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your account's existence:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by PAGCOR regulatory guidelines governing online gaming in the Philippines. jiblet enforces strict age verification procedures and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the platform and place any wager.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension issued by jiblet or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jiblet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.

To access the full features of the jiblet platform, including real-money gameplay and deposits, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jiblet account. The existence of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") held by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. jiblet will close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses or winnings, and may withhold funds pending investigation.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jiblet will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Account verification (KYC): jiblet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is processed.
• Account ownership: Your jiblet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual or entity under any circumstances.

jiblet reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the jiblet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to the availability of each payment method at the time of the transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.
• jiblet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of jiblet.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a measure against money laundering.
• jiblet reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in delays or cancellation of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the account dashboard. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• jiblet aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed at the time of the request, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.

jiblet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only, subject to the eligibility criteria specified in each offer. jiblet reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, jurisdiction, payment method, or other criteria.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses, placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that jiblet determines in its sole discretion constitutes bonus abuse — will result in immediate voiding of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Expiry: All bonuses are subject to expiry periods as specified in their individual terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the applicable expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.

jiblet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of promotional terms, jiblet's decision shall be final and binding.

All games available on the jiblet platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers whose software uses certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. The following terms govern gameplay and wagering on the jiblet platform:

• Real-money wagering: Real-money wagers may only be placed using funds available in your verified jiblet account wallet. Placing wagers with funds that are subject to a pending withdrawal request, or that are held as locked bonus funds, is not permitted.
• Game rules: Each game available on the jiblet platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or any technical issue that interrupts gameplay or produces an erroneous result, jiblet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Disconnections: jiblet is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection from the platform due to internet connection issues on the player's end. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during gameplay.
• Minimum and maximum wagers: Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jiblet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

The outcome of all games on the jiblet platform is determined by the game provider's certified RNG software. jiblet does not influence, manipulate, or have any ability to alter game outcomes after they have been initiated by the player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiblet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances where permitted by applicable law, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the jiblet platform, including for the purpose of placing wagers, navigating the interface, or exploiting game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in any game where player interactions can affect outcomes.
• Using the jiblet platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to jiblet immediately; exploiting them is a violation of these terms regardless of whether the exploitation was intentional.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in opening an account in violation of the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of identity fraud in connection with the jiblet platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the jiblet platform's infrastructure, security, or availability, including denial-of-service attacks or unauthorized access attempts.
• Offering to sell, transfer, or assign your jiblet account or account balance to any third party.

jiblet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its users. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session time limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Loss limits: You may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which you will be prevented from placing further wagers until the period resets.
• Cooling-off periods: You may temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to access your account, place wagers, or receive promotional communications.
• Self-exclusion: You may permanently self-exclude from the jiblet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the permanent closure of your account. Winnings generated from wagers placed after a self-exclusion request is submitted will be voided.

All content on the jiblet platform — including but not limited to the jiblet brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game assets provided by jiblet directly, and software — is the intellectual property of jiblet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiblet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jiblet content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jiblet software;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from jiblet content;
• Use jiblet's brand name, logo, or any other marks in any manner without express prior written consent from jiblet.

Any unauthorized use of jiblet's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiblet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jiblet platform.

jiblet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jiblet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiblet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiblet does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or defects;
• Any specific game will be available at any particular time;
• Information on the platform is accurate, complete, or current at all times.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by jiblet is governed by the jiblet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

jiblet processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used for purposes including but not limited to account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where you have consented, marketing communications.

jiblet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will become effective upon publication on the jiblet platform. Where changes are material, jiblet will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via the contact information held on their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jiblet platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the jiblet support team.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You and jiblet agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the jiblet platform, or your account. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

jiblet operates in adherence to the regulatory guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). References to PAGCOR guidelines within these Terms & Conditions reflect the regulatory framework under which jiblet conducts its operations.
